Thought
His writing presents tasawwuf as the believer’s lost treasure, whose essence is responsibility towards Allah and good conduct towards His creation. He sees the Prophetic character, fulfilling the rights of relatives and strangers alike, and beauty in everyday dealings as the practical form of tasawwuf. He opposes excess in the name of spirituality and the tendency to declare others unbelievers without cause.
